For the new brandfilm of Art of Living we wanted to give you a taste of the flow and peace of mind you can experience during and after an Art of Living course. We invited several participants to a studio and asked them what they discovered when they were offered stress-elimination tools like the breathing technique ‘Sudarshan Kriya’, yoga and meditation.

The founder of The Art of Living - humanitarian leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar - has a vision of a stress-free, violence-free society and has united millions of people the world over through service projects and courses of The Art of Living.
