What happens if you ask your colleagues to read the motivation letters that got them hired?

For this employer branding campaign, we surprised Vandebron employees right on the work floor with their own motivation letters. The goal? To showcase Vandebron’s values in an authentic and relatable way, infused with a touch of contagious awkwardness. Instead of a top-down corporate message, we used genuine employee stories to highlight the core values: the importance of Vandebron's mission, a strong emphasis on human and personal values, and a commitment to tech and innovation.

From hunting down inspiring motivation letters to the actual surprise at the office, we discovered a common thread among Vandebronners: optimism, a 'Can-do' attitude, concern for the world, and a focus on solutions and sustainability. These are values that we hope future employees will see in themselves, too!
