What happens when you ask people to read the motivation letters that got them hired?

For this employer branding campaign, we surprised Vandebron employees with their own motivation letters — right on the work floor. The result is a series of honest, funny, and slightly awkward moments that reveal what truly connects “Vandebronners”: optimism, a can-do attitude, care for the planet, and a drive for sustainable innovation.

Instead of a corporate message, the campaign lets real people tell the story — showing that Vandebron’s mission isn’t just written down, it’s lived every day.
